Your phone and or computer settings may be preventing you from viewing the videos.  Please access your purchase using a different browser ( for example google chrome/ safari)  or on a different device. If this doesn't work, you can email us at info@transformyoufitness.com. We try to respond as quickly as possible.

At this time, workouts cannot be downloaded. However you have unlimited access to your workouts and they are yours to keep.

 The charge is a one-time fee.  Due to Stripes security standards, instead of storing your card details, a “recurring payment” description is sent to your bank in order to avoid saving your payment method for future purposes. But the payments are still one time so nothing to worry about.
